It is with enormous pleasure that we announce that the long-awaited windows on the north side of the South Frontenac Museum are now installed and they look marvellous!
Many thanks to David White who crafted the windows (using antique glass and making them fit the old, uneven, frames), to Wemp & Smith who did the installation, and to Jamie Brash of the Township of South Frontenac who managed the work and cheerily fielded my many calls.
This is a real milestone and is much appreciated by all members of the Museum and Heritage Society. This wonderful heritage building is now dressed up and ready for the public!
What a difference the new windows make to the warmth and brightness of our Museum. Many thanks to David White, Wemp and Smith, Jamie Brash, the Heritage Society and the Township of South Frontenac for making this all happen .
